Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service lets you post ratings, reviews, takes, polls, brackets, replies, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Fulltime a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights to post it. Do not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users;
• post spam, scrape, or use bots to manipulate ratings or votes;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community, at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

The Service, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by Fulltime and protected by intellectual property laws. Team names, badges, and match data belong to their respective owners and are used for informational and editorial purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Ratings and statistics are community-generated or sourced from third parties and may be inaccurate. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fulltime will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
