If a nude or sexually explicit image or video of you was posted or sent on Fulltime without your consent — including a fake or AI-generated one — you can ask us to remove it. We will take it down, along with any identical copies we can find, within 48 hours of receiving a valid request. You do not need an account to ask.
1 · WHAT TO SEND US
Use the form below. A request needs four things, which is what the law asks for:
- your signature — typing your full name counts;
- where the image is on Fulltime, so we can find it — a link, or the @handle and where it appears;
- a statement that you believe in good faith it was shared without the consent of the person shown;
- a way for us to contact you.
You can make the request for yourself, or for someone you are authorised to act for, such as your child. Please do not send us the image itself.
If the form will not work, email service@fulltimecompany.com with the subject TAKE IT DOWN and the same four things.
2 · WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We remove the image and any identical copies we know of within 48 hours, and email you to confirm. The account that posted it is suspended or removed under our Community Guidelines. Where the image involves someone under 18, we also report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, as US law requires.
You can also report the post, profile or message from inside the app. Using this form as well starts the 48-hour clock in writing.
3 · HELP BEYOND FULLTIME
If you are under 18, or the image was taken when you were, NCMEC's free Take It Down service can help stop it spreading on other platforms. Adults can use StopNCII.org. If you are in danger, contact local police.
Knowingly sending a false request may expose you to legal liability. If something of yours was removed under this process by mistake, write to service@fulltimecompany.com and a person will review it.
