Delete Your Account

1. Open Fulltime and go to the Diary tab.
2. Tap The locker room.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm twice. You will be signed out.

Deleting schedules your account for removal — it does not destroy anything straight away. For seven days your account is marked for deletion and you are signed out. If you change your mind, sign back in within those seven days and your account is restored exactly as it was. Nothing was removed in the meantime.

After seven days a scheduled job deletes the account for good. Requesting deletion a second time does not extend the window.

Once the window passes we delete your account and the personal information attached to it: your profile and profile photo, your email address and any phone number, your ratings, reviews, takes, replies, lists, polls, brackets and picks, your follows, your uploaded images and video, and your direct messages. If you signed in with Apple, the grant you gave Fulltime is revoked at the same time.

Copies held in encrypted backups age out on our providers' normal backup cycle. We keep only what the law requires us to keep — for example a record of a copyright notice or a safety report already acted on — and nothing that identifies you beyond that.

Lost access to your account? Email us from the address on the account at service@fulltimecompany.com with the subject DELETE MY ACCOUNT and your username or @handle. We will verify that the account is yours, delete it, and confirm by reply. Allow up to 30 days, though it is normally far quicker.

Deletion is permanent, so take a copy first if you want one. In the app, go to Diary → The locker room → Support → Download my data for a single file containing everything Fulltime holds about you.
