Copyright & IP Policy

1. Our commitment

Fulltime respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and take copyright infringement seriously. We also operate a repeat infringer policy — accounts that repeatedly post infringing content are permanently removed.

2. Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on Fulltime infringes your copyright, send a written notice to service@fulltimecompany.com containing all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the infringing content on Fulltime (URL or description sufficient to locate it)
• Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

3. Counter-notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to service@fulltimecompany.com containing:

• Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court
• Your physical or electronic signature

4. Repeat infringers

We maintain a repeat infringer policy. Users who are subject to multiple valid copyright complaints will have their accounts permanently terminated, regardless of whether individual pieces of infringing content were removed.

5. Football intellectual property

Fulltime is an independent fan platform. We are not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by any football club, league, governing body (including UEFA, FIFA, the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, or the Bundesliga), or player association. Club names, crests, player names, and match data are referenced for editorial and informational commentary purposes only. If you represent a rights holder and have a concern about how your intellectual property is used on the platform, contact us at service@fulltimecompany.com.

6. Trademark concerns

For trademark infringement concerns not covered by the DMCA process above, contact us at service@fulltimecompany.com with a description of the trademark, evidence of ownership, the infringing content, and your contact details.
